UNFOLD is a design leadership methodology Peter developed over the last 2 decades for building conscious companies, thriving communities and innovative architectural solutions for clients and leadership teams ready for building what’s next, deeply, thoughfully and build to last. It starts from the belief that meaningful change doesn’t come from better ideas alone, but from designing the conditions that allow people, teams, and organizations to make better decisions over time. The UNFOLD process works from the inside out—clarifying purpose, values, and leadership stance first, then translating them into structure: governance, culture, systems, and physical environments. Rather than rushing to solutions, UNFOLD uses listening, design, and threshold-based decision-making to ensure depth before scale. The result is organizations that can grow without losing integrity, align profit with life-supporting outcomes, and operate as for-benefit contributors within an emerging wellbeing economies.

ABOUT PETER

I’m a design leader who works with founders and organizations at moments where vision alone is no longer enough. My background is in architecture, education, systems thinking, and dynamic facilitation, but my real work sits at the intersection of leadership, structure, and consciousness—helping people translate what they care about into organizations that can actually hold it over time.

I believe change doesn’t come from trying harder or thinking bigger. It comes from redesigning the conditions people operate inside and culture they create together. My role is not to motivate, advise, or optimize what already exists, but to help leaders slow down, listen deeply, and design governance, culture, and decision-making structures that support integrity under real-world pressure.

Through UNFOLD, I work from the inside out—clarifying intent first, then shaping systems that make values operational. This approach has led me into regenerative housing, conscious company building, and for-benefit business design, learning how to grow without losing coherence.

I’m not interested in quick wins or borrowed frameworks. I work best with people who feel the limits of traditional business models and are willing to take responsibility for designing something more life-supporting—practically, not performatively.
